Failure isn’t a mistake. Not learning from it is.

How to deal with failure and *actually* learn from it?

If you’ve never failed, it’s a sign you haven’t learned anything worth knowing.

Even Warren Buffett, the guy who turned a modest portfolio into a jaw-dropping 5,500,000% return, messed up.

Big time.

He once poured 12% of his portfolio into Salomon Brothers, which was on the verge of collapse in 1991.

But he learned.

He learned that reputation is everything in business and in life.

Failure isn’t the problem. Not learning from it is.

So, how do you actually learn from failure?

Everyone says, “Just have a growth mindset.”

Cliche. Boring. Yawn.

My grandma and my neighbour’s chihuahua already know that.

Let’s get practical:

You don’t grow if you don’t treat failure like a stepping stone instead of a tombstone.

Step 1: Handle your negative emotions like a pro.

How?

By feeling three positive emotions for every negative one.
