I do agree that staying longer doesn’t mean being more productive, and we have other areas of life to focus on too.

But some jobs do require sacrificing work-life balance, so it depends on the job.

Anyway, I’m not doing that well with comments either. I enjoy writing and am working on improving the comment part.
