I Used to Burn Out from Writing. Here Is How I Overcame It.

I used to burn out from writing.

I feel like I’m an empty half lemon.

Writing every day is like squeezing everything out of me.

My ideas and my willpower — it’s all gone.

That leads to burnout.

Then I changed my entire writing process from writing every day to writing in batches.

Result?

A happy househusband who published 54 articles last September.

Why did writing every day make me burn out?

Here are 3 reasons:

  1. I can’t come up with better ideas.
  2. I feel like I haven’t learned anything new.
  3. I feel like I’m a writing slave.

I don’t want to be an 18-hour-a-day grinding writerpreneur.

I’m just an ordinary househusband.

I just want movie time with my wife.

That’s why I changed my writing to batches.

I started by setting my goal: 5 articles a week.

Here is the process I used:

  • Monday: Learn (2 hours)
