100% agree. It's easy to fool ourselves into thinking we're learning by collecting resources, but it's hard to execute what we've learned because it requires a lot of effort.

Also, I just read somewhere (sorry, I don't remember the original source) that people keep information because they think it's a tool to help them survive.
