Ronaldo's Strength Training:
Push-ups: 100 reps
Bench press: 4 sets of 12 reps
Squats: 4 sets of 12 reps
Deadlifts: 4 sets of 12 reps
Leg press: 4 sets of 12 reps
Jeez, this is just "Strength Training."
I think Ronaldo's advice is hard to apply, too. Hahaha.
And yep, even young, talented footballers like Ousmane Dembele can start with a lack of training, inspired by Messi.
But in the end, he consistently suffered injuries during his time at Barcelona.
Don't think about untalented footballers without hard work.
