As for writing on tough days, I use 3 solutions:
1.) Skip: I usually write in batches, so on days when I'm not feeling up to it, like when I'm sick or traveling, I don’t force myself to write.
2.) Use a writing template: I’ve created a writing template that gets me 70-80% of the way there, so I’m not starting from scratch.
3.) Revisit your old work and rewrite: We often forget what we've done, so it’s a great chance to look back at your journey and gain a fresh perspective—like enjoying a story that’s aged like fine wine.
