You Can’t Get Better at What You Can’t Measure
One Simple Habit That Can Change Your Life in 30 Days
My wife was shocked.
It wasn’t because we were having a baby. (Sorry, no plans for that yet.)
She was shocked after tracking everything she ate for 3 days:
- Zero veggies.
- 100% fast food.
But this was a sign of change.
